New England Marketing District (CSSC)
Opened in January 1997 the Fairhaven Consumer Sales & Service Center, located at 200 Mill Road, employs approximately 80 Account Representatives and 20 Clerical Associates. Currently 19 reps service the former SNET Connecticut area, and the other roughly 60 reps service the former SBC California area.
The Account Representatives handle residential billing inquiries while interacting on a work station. The clerical employees support the day to day operations in the site.
