AT&T Fairhaven CSSC

Opened in January 1997 the Fairhaven Consumer Sales & Service Center, located at 200 Mill Road, employs approximately 65 Account Representatives and 10 Clerical Associates. Currently this center supports the SBC California area.

The Account Representatives are skilled customer service professionals who handle residential billing inquiries and sell at&t products and services to customers in the California market. The clerical employees support the day to day operations in the site.

Vacation Options- These cannot be taken the day before or after a holiday. They can be taken on a monday. You have 3 vacation options per 6 months (Jan-June/July-Dec)

Tardy Waivers- Available while not on a warning.

Health Maintenance- NOT available on Mondays

Small Necessities- 24 hours per year
