AT&T and CWA have agreed to implement a new individual incentive plan for our account representatives in the Fairhaven office. This plan will offer the opportunity to earn additional compensatiion above and beyond your hourly rates. This is a seperately negotiated agreement and is not part of our recently ratified contract. Our contract allows for the company to provide up to $3000 per rep per year in incentives, that will remain in effect and be in addition to this new incentive plan. It is the view of Local 1051 that this new plan is a favorable development for our members. The plan will allow our members to earn more compensation for the work they are already doing and since the payouts are uncapped our members will have the incentive and opportunity to earn significantly more money. Details of the plan will be shared with the members in joint meetings with management and the union. We also will be posting details on the website in the near future.
