At the present time we are in contract negotiations with the town of Westford and the Littleton Water dept. We have recently settled with the town of Ayer for our police dispatchers and the new contract was ratified and put into effect as of July 1st. As for our current negotiations, while we realize that our local and national economic conditions are tenous at best we will not settle for anything that is not fair and in the best interest of our members. We are planning to do whatever it takes to get all ofour members the contract that they deserve. We will not let other groups get sweetheart deals at the expense of our members.

For our AT&T Members, the national bargaining team was recently elected at the National Convention that just took place over the June 21st weekend. Our Contract is set to expre on Saturday April 4th 2009. Once we start receiving any information on pre-bargaining we will forward it to our members.
