To all of our AT&T members, we need to make sure that the dependant audit is completed and sent back to AT&T as soon as possible.

We have also received information that AT&T has not filed legislation to stop Tariff 272 and that we will wait until it expires in what we believe will be March of 2007. At that time we should have more information as to what it means to us and if there will be any changes to members of our local.

The proposed merger of AT&T and Bellsouth has also been delayed until early November when the FCC meets again.

We will be conducting a general membership meeting on November 9^th at 12;30pm at our Union Hall which is located at 59 Main St in Fairhaven. All members are welcome.
