1. To assist and advise in Local policy decisions, as outlined in Article VII, approve the budget as submitted to them by the Local President and approve all non-budget items over one hundred ($100.00) dollars by a two-thirds vote.
2. Executive Board approval will be required for any expenditure over one hundred fifteen per cent (115%) of any budget item by a two-thirds (2/3^rds) vote.
