Look here for E-Board meeting minutes in the future. To be listed here, the E-Board minutes must be accepted by a General Membership Meeting, which requires a quorum at the meeting.
The Executive Board has met this year, on April 18th. Unfortunately, the following General Membership Meeting on May 23rd did not result in a quorum so the minutes of the April meeting could not be accepted by the meeting.
