1. Maintain a record of the Local membership and keep minutes of all Local meetings and meetings of the Local Officers or any other governing boards if any.
2. Furnish the National Union with two (2) copies of any changes in these By-Laws within ten (10) days after such changes are made.
3. Be responsible for furnishing the National Union with all proper forms signed by the Local Officers which are required by State and Federal laws immediately upon their completion.
4. Act as official recording officer of the Local.
5. Be bonded and shall be custodian of all assets of the Local and shall make a report to each membership meeting.
6. Cause the payment of all bills approved by the Local President.
7. Perform such duties as may be assigned by the Local President, The Local Executive Board, or the Local.
8. Affect an audit and report of the Local's books and financial records by a public accountant and Local Audit Committee for each fiscal year and at any other time when directed by the Local Officers or the Membership.
